Moroccan Classic
            Machine Cookies Recipe
            
            Moroccan classic Cookies of machine called also rifes, the  
            Moroccans eat them with  tea with mint,  the paste is similar to the  
            paste of dry cookies. 
            The cookies are tasty amazingly simple needless in eggs almost  
            sugarless it's possible to tell them low calories cookies.

            ingredients  : 
            800 gram flour, 4 glasses 
            1 1 / 2 glasses cooking oil 300cc 
            1 1 / 2 glasses of sugar 300cc 
            1 glass of coconut or sesame 200cc 
            1 1 / 2 glasses of water 300cc 
            2 binding of vanilla or 2 bags of vanilla powder (20 grams)

            cookies: 
            blend all the materials in the mixer or by hand, until the paste will  
            absorb all the materials and will be 
            Homogeneous, the paste needs to be soft and pleasant to kneading, not sticky and not too dry, easy to work with.  
            There are 2 types of shapes than can use the same ingredients
             
            
            1. Oblong cookies 2. Flat cookies 
            1. the preparation of oblong cookies, insert handful from the paste  
            into the manual mincer and create strips of paste in the length about  
            10 cm. 
            you can twist the paste while it go out from the mincer so you will get
            more different shapes. 
            It's possible to close the cookie and create circles. 
            but In general the round shape we use in salty cookies. 
            If you don't have mincer or you don't want to use it, it's possible to roll
             round
            Circles like wide pencil by hands in the suitable  thickness. cut in the length about 10 cm and with knife furrow crevasses in
            different  
            directions to make the cookies look nice. 
            they taste the same but the feeling is little different. 
            After fill in the cooking tray with cookies  
            bake in temperature  of 180 degrees about 20 minutes until the  
            cookies are baked well.
